Our 8th Grade Science students turned into young paleontologists as they modeled how fossils form by creating mold-type fossil imprints using their own body parts. Through hands-on exploration, students pressed, observed, and explained how imprints can be preserved over time—just like real fossils that provide evidence of organisms that lived long ago.

This engaging project helped bring abstract concepts to life, allowing students to see and feel how fossils form rather than just reading about them. More than just a fun activity, it strengthened their understanding of Earth’s history, reinforced scientific thinking, and showed how simple observations can reveal powerful stories from the past.

Learning literally left its mark—and science has never been more memorable! 🧠🔬🌍

Our 7th Grade Science students became mini ecologists with their ecosystem projects! 🌱🌍 They designed their own ecosystems, clearly showing biotic and abiotic factors and how these parts interact to keep life balanced.

From plants, animals, and decomposers to sunlight, water, soil, and air—each model tells a story of connection and interdependence. This project helped them see that ecosystems aren’t just concepts in a book, but living systems where every factor matters.

So proud of their creativity, teamwork, and scientific thinking! 💚🔬
