Mix. Observe. React! 💥

Grade 11 Chemistry students put chemical reactions into action as they mixed substances, identified the products, and observed the patterns that distinguish different types of chemical reactions!

🔹 Single Replacement: Zn + CuSO₄ → ZnSO₄ + Cu
🔹 Double Replacement: CaCl₂ + Na₂CO₃ → CaCO₃ + 2NaCl
🔹 Decomposition: 2H₂O₂ → 2H₂O + O₂

From metals replacing metals, to precipitates forming, to oxygen gas bubbling out, students saw firsthand that chemical equations aren’t just symbols on paper—they represent real, observable changes in matter!

In Chemistry, every reaction tells a story—you just have to observe the evidence. 🧪🔥

Exploring Cell Transport in Grade 7! 🥚💧

How do water and other substances move in and out of cells? Our Grade 7 scientists used a shell-less egg as a model cell and investigated what happens when it is placed in vinegar, corn syrup, and dyed water.

Just like a cell membrane, the egg’s membrane is selectively permeable, allowing certain substances to pass through. Students observed osmosis, where water moves across the membrane from an area of higher water concentration to lower water concentration, causing the egg to gain or lose water depending on its surroundings.

See it. Observe it. Understand it. That’s science in action!

From Cheek to Microscope!

Our Grade 7 scientists got a closer look at what they’re made of—literally! Students collected their own cheek cells, prepared and stained their specimens with methylene blue, and observed them under a compound light microscope.

They successfully identified visible cell structures including the cell membrane, cytoplasm, and nucleus! 🔍

Science becomes more meaningful when students don’t just learn about cells—they prepare, observe, identify, and discover them firsthand! 🔬

🧬🍽️ Macromolecules, but make it FINE DINING! 👩‍🍳

Our Grade 10 Biology students turned the classroom into a restaurant as they prepared delicious meals packed with the 4 major macromolecules—carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids!

Beyond making each plate restaurant-worthy, they identified the elements, functions, and importance of each macromolecule in keeping the human body fueled, growing, and functioning.

Because sometimes, the best way to learn Biology is to prepare it, plate it, taste it, and understand the science behind it!
